I ordered a G5 pager, received it on a Saturday, pager didn’t seem to charge ( all 3 lights on top were flickering red). I sent an email hoping to be called first thing on Monday, but was almost immediately answered back, and asked to call. Ray answered the phone and walked me through the problem, I must have bent the terminals for the battery trying to install it. This fixed the problem. I was very impressed and thankful for the quick response and product knowledge he had.
